OUR TEAM

DANIELLE THIELMANN

Danielle programs the LIFT classes at Humble and is currently furthering her education to better serve the aging athlete. Having personally struggled with chronic illness since 2004 she has firsthand experience of what it’s like living with pain and mobility limitations, and from that has learnt that movement truly is Medicine.

Her passion is helping others to find movement in and outside the gym, growing in their capabilities, confidence and resiliency. Danielle challenges members for where they’re at in their fitness journey, working collaboratively to reach their individual goals.

CHLOE WARRINER

Chloe graduated with her Bachelors in Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan in 2020, and works as a kinesiologist at the local Physio clinic. She is passionate about functional fitness, exercise as medicine, and creating life long athletes, and is a firm believer that anyone can (and should!) lift weights.

Chloe grew up as an athlete in the sports of swimming, cycling, cross country skiing and triathlon, which later translated into coaching of those sports. Outside of the gym, you can usually find her up a mountain, in a river, or curled up with her puppy and a good book.

BEN JEPSEN

Ben started his fitness journey in May of 2020 after reaching a breaking point of not being able to keep up with his kids the way he wanted to and reaching a weight of 315 lbs. Now he is down 65lbs, received his CFL1, and is able to keep up with whatever his kids throw at him!

With first-hand experience of what it takes to become healthier mentally and physically, Ben brings great insight for every athlete regardless of where they are at on their health journey. Ben seeks to make Humble a place filled with laughter and joy and is gifted at making everyone feel welcome whether you are new or a long-time athlete.

Ben knows that everything we do here at Humble only helps improve life outside of the gym walls. Nothing brings Ben more excitement than to see others succeed and thrive both in and outside of the gym.
