HIFT

High Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) promises to test you both physically and mentally. You will test your abilities in power lifting, olympic lifting, gymnastic movements and cardio in an ever changing combination from day to day. Every class is modified to meet each athlete’s needs to find pain-free movements and the right level of intensity for each individual. There are always new skills to learn and movements to refine as you challenge yourself to find your new athletic limits. HIFT is for everyone.

LIFT

Lower Intensity Functional Fitness (LIFT) is perfect for anyone who is looking to maintain, reclaim or grow their movement capacity. Whether you are a senior, recovering from injury, a new mom, or just getting back into moving, this class if for you; all classes are modifiable for each individual athlete’s needs. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the seven foundational movements and help you find the right level of intensity in each workout.

HIIT

Our High Intensity Interval Training will leave you breathless, sweaty and with a sense of accomplishment, all without requiring big barbells or knowledge of Olympic lifts. This class is perfect for new members and seasoned athletes alike!

OPEN GYM

Open gym is a great opportunity to work on skills, complete a missed workout, or focus on your own particular strength training needs. This is an excellent time to tailor your workout to what you need most.
